COMPLETING CANADA’S FIRST WELL-CERTIFIED (GOLD) PROJECT, our client was looking to set a standard in the industry by developing a space that considers both LEED and WELL principles while achieving certifications in each discipline.
Quoin was tasked with bringing to fruition a unique design that considered both LEED and WELL principles by ensuring natural light and fresh air blanketed the space. In contrast, the staff’s health and well-being are considered by constructing tranquillity rooms, a barista café serving healthy food alternatives and gender-neutral facilities. Common areas comprised collaborative areas, small and large meeting rooms, and open office space with sit/stand workstations.
