59 Hayden was a dynamic project that included DIRTT furniture walls, custom acoustic ceiling panels, bench seating and more. This newly built shared home and office condominium in the heart of Yorkville proved to be the ideal setting for our client’s corporate office. Designed with the premise for future expansion, we utilized DIRTT office walls as a cost-effective way to shorten the schedule while having the functionality of moving walls if needed.
Significant planning came into play to ensure seamless integration with electrical, communications and IT devices. Well worth the effort in the end.
